End User License Agreement
Claude Console · Vizhi for Codex · Last updated 2026-09-10
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“you”) and the developer of the Vizhi keypad plugins, Claude Console and Vizhi for Codex (“we”, “us”). By installing or using either plugin (the “Software”), you agree to these terms. Both are built from one engine and licensed on identical terms; “the Software” below means whichever you have installed.
1. License grant
The Software is licensed, not sold. Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software, in the form we distribute it, on devices you own or control, for use with a Logitech MX Creative Keypad.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Except to the extent applicable law expressly permits, you may not copy the Software other than for backup, modify it, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, redistribute, sublicense, rent or lease it, or remove any proprietary notice from it. The Software's source code is not licensed under this Agreement.
2. Third-party components
The Software uses and may bundle third-party components, including whisper.cpp and OpenAI Whisper speech-recognition models, each licensed under the MIT License. Their license terms are included with the distribution and apply to those components.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for granting the operating-system permissions the Software requests, on macOS: Microphone, Accessibility, and Screen Recording; on Windows: microphone access for desktop apps, and understand what each is used for (see the privacy policy).
- The Software controls a coding agent that can run commands and modify files on your machine. Its keys type input into a session you started, including approvals. You remain responsible for what you approve, whether you approve it from the keyboard or from the keypad. The risk indicators the keys display are a convenience, not a safety guarantee.
- The Software requires the corresponding agent CLI, and a separate account or subscription with that agent's provider. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, or Logitech. “Claude” and “Claude Code” are products of Anthropic; “Codex” is a product of OpenAI; “MX Creative”, “Loupedeck” and “Logi” are trademarks of Logitech. Use of each agent is governed by its provider's own terms.
- Install one of these plugins at a time where both bind to the same terminal application. The Logi Plugin Service activates only one plugin per application, and installing both leaves one of them unable to respond.
4. Privacy
The Software processes voice, screenshot, and session data locally on your device and transmits nothing off your machine. See the privacy policy.
5. Disclaimer of warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
7. Termination
This Agreement applies for as long as you use the Software. You may stop using and uninstall it at any time.
